What You’ll Do

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Clean Air Fund’s work in Indonesia, a newly designated lighthouse country. You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of our country strategy and manage a diverse portfolio of grants and projects. You will:

  • Support the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of impactful programmes and initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with grantees, partners and stakeholders across sectors.
  • Track project performance and contribute to reporting and learning.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver measurable improvements in air quality and public health.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong technical expertise in air pollution, climate, or environmental health issues in Indonesia, with the ability to interpret and apply evidence to strategy and programme design.
  • Experience in project or grant management, ideally in an international or philanthropic context, including budgeting, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable and resilient approach to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

We’re especially interested in candidates who are confident networkers, able to build relationships across sectors and contribute to shaping the national clean air agenda.
